The café is more than 20 years old, but its layout has virtually remained unchanged since its establishment. It possesses Bahnar-style architecture mostly highlighted by the wooden material with the lovely brown entrance gate in a green theme. What is seen as the most interesting part about Café Eva is a collection of hundreds of tomb statues in varied shapes, sizes and emotions.

Even though these wooden statues which are scattered everywhere from the entrance to the interior are carved quite simply, they can express the vitality of highland locals. All of these exotic statues seemingly transform Café Eva into a mini-museum of ethnic minority culture.

Café Eva’s space recreates the beauty of high mountains, deep forests and colorful blooms accompanied by the pleasant sound of flowing streams, birdsongs and T’rung, a local traditional bamboo xylophone. In addition, there are many familiar tools of the ethnic groups arranged all over the café, making its beauty more appealing as a combination between nature and human life.

Its pantry appears to evoke a cozy ambiance with old kettles, clay jars and brightly shining firewood. Visitors stop by the cafe to enjoy a cup of hot coffee while they also enjoy chatting with their friends in the cold. The coffee slowly drips down one after another with a pleasant smell lingering in the air, reminding people of the Central Highlands as they leave.
