The atmosphere of a mountain fair is taking place at the Sofitel Legend Metropole in Ha Noi, from September 15th to 20th, introducing visitors to the specific cultural values of the Dao ethnic minority group from Sa Pa.
During the fair, members of the Red Dao ethnic minority from Sa Pa will showcase and sell their own homemade products such as brocade, silver jewelry, and other handicrafts.
The event has drawn the participation of the Red Dao ladies from Taphin, Sa Pa.
They will also introduce their traditional weaving. Visitors will have an opportunity to discover and make acquaintance with skillful weaving techniques.
The fair can be considered a creative tourism product, contributing to promote the diverse culture of Vietnamese ethnic minority groups.
